My name is Stefano Beccio, I live and work in Milan. I run two companies that talk to each other: FLAWLESS, the media, founded in 2014, and Westwood PR & Communication, the agency, founded in 2016. One tells the story of brands in food, beverage, hospitality and luxury; the other builds their reputation. Having both under the same roof is what lets me do things an agency alone simply can't do.

What I enjoy most is combining the two. With the team we shape a brand's strategy, build its reputation through the right press and creators, and amplify it through the media's own channels — articles, social, newsletter, guides. Three levers that usually sit in three different companies, here work together. Faster, more coherent, and you can tell.

Before going independent I learned the trade inside companies, not agencies: Italian, German and American multinationals, from food to beverage to tech. I saw communication from the buyer's side before doing it for the seller's — and it shows in how I work. My studies in marketing and business management moved between Ca' Foscari, Bocconi and SDSU in San Diego.
